Daisy Baez

Compliance Officer

Daisy J. Baez is a health care executive with strong professional and business credentials who founded Consulting Management Solutions, Inc., a health care consulting company specializing in licensing, accreditation, and regulatory compliance for national and locally based organizations. She is a social worker and a highly decorated U.S. Army Veteran. As a health care executive for various national and local health care companies including HCA, Tenet, and HealthSouth, she rose through the ranks from hospital social worker to hospital vice president. She served in a variety of levels of care including acute care, rehabilitation, long term acute care, skilled nursing, behavioral health, and substance abuse. She served in the U.S. Army, 1st Cavalry Division, Division Surgeon’s Office receiving an Army Commendation Medal, two, Army Achievement Medals, multiple Department of Defense Certificate of Achievement, several Department of the Army Certificate of Achievement, as well as 1st Cavalry Division Soldier of the Quarter and 15th Medical Battalion Soldier of the Month. Daisy received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work from University of Central Texas, Killeen, TX; and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from Sam Houston State University, Huntsville, TX.

She has her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Brenau University and enjoys working with clients with substance use and trauma. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in multiple states, she is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and fostering meaningful recovery outcomes.

Bryan R. Clark brings 14 years of dedicated experience in the behavioral health field, working at the intersection of quality assurance and electronic medical records to help treatment facilities operate at their very best. As an EMR Administrator and Quality Assurance professional, Bryan plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in ensuring that the systems, processes, and standards that care teams rely on are accurate, efficient, and compliant so that patients can focus on what matters most: their recovery. Bryan is passionate about the belief that great care starts with great systems. Working across a network of substance abuse treatment, detox, and mental health facilities, he understands that the work he does directly impacts real lives and real families. That sense of purpose drives him to hold every process to the highest standard. When the administrative details are done right, clinicians can do their jobs better and patients get the care they deserve. That's what Bryan shows up for every day. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys heavy metal music, video games, and watching the Buffalo Bills.

Michelle Espido, BSN, RN

QA Specialists

Michelle Espido, BSN, RN, serves as a Utilization Review Nurse with extensive experience in prior authorization and insurance coordination. She has a strong background working with insurance providers to ensure appropriate level of care determinations, timely authorizations, and adherence to medical necessity guidelines, supporting both patients and providers in navigating complex healthcare systems. In addition to her utilization review expertise, Michelle brings valuable clinical experience as a community outreach nurse specializing in substance use and mental health services. She has collaborated closely with law enforcement, hospitals, and community agencies to facilitate access to treatment and resources. Her work also includes providing educational initiatives such as Narcan training, overdose prevention, and recognition of withdrawal symptoms within community and collegiate settings. Michelle’s combined experience in clinical outreach and utilization review allows her to deliver a comprehensive, patient-centered approach while maintaining strong partnerships with insurance providers and healthcare teams.

Millicent Huser is a behavioral health compliance leader, safety culture strategist, executive coach, and CPI trainer with over 20 years of experience in mental health and substance use disorder treatment. She specializes in building safety-driven, survey-ready programs across all levels of care, aligning clinical excellence with regulatory standards, including those of The Joint Commission. Millicent works with organizations nationwide as a Fractional Compliance Officer, helping leadership teams implement practical systems to reduce risk, enhance patient safety, and sustain compliance. Through consulting, coaching, and crisis prevention training, she transforms safety from a regulatory requirement into a lived culture of accountability, communication, and care that improves both outcomes and organizational performance.
